Commissions

Yes, we take commissions periodically. Usually we open 3-4 slots every 4-5 months!

To send a commission request follow these steps:

  1. Wait for the commission reopening announcement
  2. Fill out the form with all your info and preferences
  3. Send out the form and wait!
  4. If you are selected, you will receive an email with a full quote of your project!
  5. Once you accept the commission and pay the first 30% down, you will be inserted in our Trello queue officially.

We will communicate commission reopenings on our website and our social medias! Be sure to follow us if you are waiting for our reopening

No, we don't reserve slots, except in some particular cases.

No, we don't accept extra money compensation to reserve a slot or to move your position on the queue.

We rarely accept trades, and when we do it, we only accept trades for customs suits, with HQ makers and suits that can match our standards.

Sadly we don't work with underage customers. We may ask for proof of ID when you send us a commission request.

Absolutely! we love these kind of commissions. But keep in mind that an artistic liberty commission's price can increase if you choose a complex design or a colorful character.

Yes, we require a full back, front and possibly side ref sheet of your character. We will also need to know the specific colors of some parts like tongue, teeth and pawpads.

We do not accept screenshots, AI ref sheets and/or VR/3D models! These will be rejected immediately.

The reference sheet needs to have the following requirements:

  • Back and front of the character, possibly even with a side view
  • Tongue and hidden parts like pawpads and inside of the ears, etc. need to be visible
  • All the markings and colors need to be included and clear to see
  • It needs to be flat color, please no shadings!
  • It needs to be HQ and not pixelated

We do not sell bases at the moment. We could be up to sell some of our bases when we have misprints or more bases than we need

We don't take commissions for accessories at the moment. We could open for Kigus slots periodically.

No, we don't take commissions for single parts anymore. The only exception is for previous customers that need to replace parts or complete a partial suit.

Yes, you can! Keep in mind that fur batches can be uneven and color matching in the future can become complicated. Keep this in mind when you commission!

No, we don't offer free suits or parts.

We do work with SPH and some small NSFW props, but we do not make suits specifically for adult contents. Warranty doesn't cover damages caused by this kind of use!

Quotes

We don't offer quotes out of the open commissions period.

Quotes will during commissions opening, and will send out ONLY to the selected commissioners for the new queue.

To request a quote you need to wait the commissions reopening. After you fill the form to request a commission, you need to wait a response from us through email.

If you are selected, you will receive an email with the full quote of your project. At this point, you can decide to accept or deny the commission. If you deny the commission, your quote will be valid until the end of the year, and you can try to enter again the next time!

No, we only send quotes to selected customers. If you are not selected, you will not receive any quote/notification.

Sadly at the moment we don't have a calculator, but you can do a rough estimation by yourself, following the prices in our price guide section.

Payments

We can accept payments through Bank transfer or Revolut (preferred), Payment link and credit cards. We are able to use a POS if you need to pay something in person.

We no longer accept Paypal as payment method due to high fee and various bureaucratic issues with the platform.

Once you get a quote through email, you have 48h to accept the quote and 72h to send the first down payment, which will amount to 30% of the total quote you received. Once we receive the first payment, you will be added to our official Trello queue. After that, you can choose to pay everything in full, or divide the remaining amount in 2-6 installments to be paid monthly.

Shipping will be paid separately once you project is completed, since we need to prepare the package and calculate the shipping price.

Yes, we do. We accept 2 to 6 months payment plan. We can work with you if have particular needs! You can read all about payment plans here. here.

Materials and Patterns

We use PLA+ 3D printed eyes, modeled by my business partner Russet Creations.

We use resin 3D printed teeth modeled and printed by me. This special resin is UV resistant. We also use minky and mochi for plush teeth.

For 4 fingered paws we use our personal pattern. For 5 fingered paws we use different patterns by Oktavia's Creatures and Matrices.

No, we can't. We work with our own style and we will never change it for you. But we can surely work with different expressions like grumpy.

We use soft TPU for our heads bases, techno Airtex mesh, cotton, plastics, and resin. If you are allergic or you can't tolerate some of these materials please let us know!

Measurements

Some measurements are required for the making of certain parts, like handpaws, armsleeves and wings.

A DTD or Duct Tape Dummy, is a mannequin made on your own body with Duct Tape. It's essential to make a bodysuit with the correct size and fit. A DTD is required for a fullsuit/bodysuit. We kindly ask for it to be sent in a timely manner to avoid delays on the making of the suit!

You need to follow specific instructions to make it correctly, you can find them HERE.

Bad-made DTD won't be accepted and we could ask to remake it if we are not able to work with it. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully!

Bodysuits are made based on your DTD so weight/muscles changes may affect the fitment. Size adjustments for bodysuits are not possible in some cases, so be sure to inform us if you plan to start a weight loss program or if you want to start to go to the gym before we start working on the bodysuit. After the bodysuit is already completed, we can do an evaluation to see if size adjustments are possible.

Shipping and returns

We ship internationally. Since shippings are from Italy, overseas shippings are more expensive. From 2025, shippings to US became more expensive than usual, and customs fees increased. Be aware of this when you order, since we ship from ITALY. You might need to pay up to 200-500€ for the shipping, and up to 1k+ for customs fees.

No, we won't be responsible for customs fee. These are customer's responsibility, and we can't predict how much it will be sadly.

No, we won't declare less than you paid. Since we are a regular registered business, we have to follow all the processes, and release an invoice to our customers.

Sadly, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, we'll do our best to offer assistance to our customers if there are some issues with the shipping or a damaged suit. We usually get in contact with the courier immediately. If a package will be lost, we can offer solutions to our customers to remake the suit.

If you refuse the package you need to let us know. We always talk to you BEFORE the package is shipped to schedule the best time for shipping/delivery. If package is sent back to sender, you will need to pay again in full for shipping.

We don't accept returns. Refunds are available only if we decide to cancel your commission for personal reasons (if you are harassing or if you disappear this doesn't count), or you need to cancel your commission for certified health problems or other serious reasons.

Times and production

Usually we don't work with deadlines, but sometimes we try to work with customers to finish a fursuit in time for a certain con/event. Talk to us to see if we can meet your needs ^^

Creating each fursuit usually takes 1-4 weeks to complete once we start working on it, but due to our long commission queue it can take up to 1 to 5 months for your commission to be completed. We don't work with deadlines but will do our best to complete your project in time if you warn us beforehand. Please plan very far in advance if you are thinking to have your fursuit done for an event.

We have a public official Trello queue, so you can easily follow your suit's process and your position HERE. HERE.

No, we move and organize our Trello queue depending on various reasons, like complexity of the character design, fursuit type, payment state, or any other particular request or changes by the customers.

Yes, we are usually very active and send a lot of wip pics to our customers in each stage of the making process. We also ask you for details and approval for certain parts!

We will send you a message when we are finishing a project and you will be the next one! The faster you will answer to our messages, the faster we will proceed with the making of your suit.

No, you can't do heavy changes or replace the character chosen after the quote and payment are confirmed. You can only do some smaller changes to the design we quoted and let us know as soon as you decide to do it. For small changes we allow removing, adding or replace some small markings, changing the color of a very small section (you can't change that if we already bought the fur/fabrics and we don't have the new color in stock). They MUST be made only BEFORE the beginning of the making process. Any other big color or design changes after the confirmation of the quote, are subject to additional fees.

Any changes after the beginning of the making process of the suit are not allowed.

Please, be sure to choose the right character you want to be made by us, and with the right design before sending the commission request.

Yes, we can. Our business partners are experienced in electronic components so we can add very HQ RGB LEDs on fursuits eyes. We are working to offer LEDs in other parts of the suits too. We can add fans to your fursuit head as well!

We don't make moving jaws at the moment. For now, we can only make skulldog bases with moving jaws.

Our heads are half lined with breathable, light and water-resistant materials. Neck is lined too, and lining is removable and machine washable.

3D follow me eyes are included in all our fursuit heads, However, if you'd like to have 2D eyes instead of 3D, we are open to make them, just ask!

Yes, you can! I wear glasses too so we improved our heads to meet your vision needs.

We can make most species, and we LOVE new, strange and rare species!

No, we don't. We only make Toony-style fursuits. Our heads are TPU 3D printed only with static jaw.

Assistance, repairs and customer care

Yes, we offer 6 months warranty on our suits. Shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.

Yes, if you have issues with popped seams or any other broken part, please contact us immediately. We will help you giving instructions to repair it by yourself. In worst case you can send us the suit back for repair, but the warranty covers just 6 months.

You can send your suit back for repair, but you will need to cover for shipping and labor if the warranty period expired. We usually offer free repairs to our customers in person at cons!

Yes, we do! We periodically accept refurbishments or bigger repairs/parts replacements for our current customers. We also offer upgrades for certain parts! You ask for them to be carried out at cons if you in advance (only for smaller parts like new expressions, new teeth or eye meshes).
